Okta Partner of the Year 2025:what it means for our customers

At the end of 2025, Okta named FuseLogic Partner of the Year Overall for the Benelux region. It is the first time this award has been given and we are very proud to have received this recognition.

Eighteen years ago we started FuseLogic with a clear mission: deliver Identity Management at the speed of business while never losing sight of the fact that we work with people, not just platforms. Stay human, stay pragmatic and let the results speak for themselves. We are delighted to see that this award confirms that this approach works.

What is behind the award

Okta evaluates partners on customer success, technical depth and commitment to the platform. For us, that comes down to three things we have been building for a long time.

A team that knows the platform inside out. Our consultants hold every available Okta and Auth0 certification. Not as a checkbox exercise, but because it matters when the pressure is on. When you are going live in a complex environment with tight deadlines, you want people in the room who have already worked through the edge cases. That depth is what helps to save weeks and avoid problems.

A strategic relationship with Okta, not just a contract. We work closely with the Okta Benelux team, from joint events where IT leaders share real-world Identity experiences to direct collaboration on complex customer projects. That closeness means faster answers when it matters and early insight into platform changes that affect your roadmap.

Focus, by choice. Identity is not one of twenty things we do. It is the only thing we do. We are a team of specialists, not a large consultancy where Identity is a department somewhere on the third floor. Every conversation you have with us is with someone who lives this discipline daily. That focus, sustained across 70+ implementations, is what allows us to move at the speed of your business rather than the speed of the average IT project.

What to look for when choosing an Identity partner

If you are currently evaluating partners for an Okta implementation, IGA rollout or Auth0 integration, here are a few questions worth asking before you sign anything.

How many Identity projects has this partner delivered recently? Not IT projects in general, Identity projects specifically. The nuances of JML processes, complex provisioning, IGA policies and Auth0 tenant architecture require dedicated experience. Ask for specifics.

Can they show you what "go-live" actually looked like? Not a proposal timeline, but what happened in practice. How many weeks from kickoff to first users in production? A partner who consistently delivers in weeks operates fundamentally differently from one who plans in quarters.

Do they have depth across the full Okta platform? Workforce Identity, Customer Identity, Identity Governance, Privileged Access: these are distinct products with distinct implementation patterns. Make sure your partner has proven expertise in the specific area you need, not just a generic partnership badge.

Will you know who is doing the work? In larger firms, the people in the sales meeting are rarely the people doing the implementation. Ask who will actually be on your project and whether you can speak to them before you commit.

Looking ahead

We are grateful to our customers for trusting us with projects that matter to their business. To the Okta Benelux team for a partnership that gets better every year. And to the FuseLogic team for the work behind the scenes that made this recognition possible.

2026 is off to a great start and we are looking forward to what comes next.

Considering an Identity project or looking to get more out of your current Okta environment? We are happy to have an open conversation about your situation, your challenges and how we can help.
